Indications

1. Anesthesia:
   • Epidural, infiltration, surface anesthesia, or nerve block
2. Internal Medical Use:
   • Treatment of ventricular arrhythmia

Dosage & Administration

• Anesthesia
  The dosage should be adjusted based on patient response and the administration site. The lowest effective concentration and dose should be used. Dosage varies depending on factors such as the area to be anesthetized, tissue vascularity, and the patient’s individual tolerance.
  • Adults:
    • The maximum dose for healthy adults should not exceed 200 mg.
    1. Epidural: 40 ~ 200 mg, maximum 200 mg per dose
    2. Nerve Block: 30 ~ 200 mg (for support nerve block: 60 ~ 120 mg)
    3. Infiltration: 40 ~ 200 mg
    4. Surface Anesthesia: Apply a moderate dose to the target area

  Dosage adjustments should be made based on age, area to be anesthetized, tissue type, and overall health condition.

• Internal Medical Use
  • Adults:
    1. Single IV Administration: 50 ~ 100 mg (1 ~ 2 mg/kg), slowly administered over 1 ~ 2 minutes. If necessary, repeat the dosage after 5 minutes, with a maximum dose of 300 mg per hour.
    2. IV Instillation: If IV is effective, continue infusion under ECG monitoring at a rate of 1 ~ 2 mg/min (maximum rate: 4 mg/min).

Composition (Per 1 mL)

• Lidocaine HCl (USP): 21.330 mg (equivalent to 20 mg of Lidocaine HCl anhydrous)
• Sodium chloride (KP): 9 mg
• Sodium hydroxide (KP): q.s.
• Water for injection: q.s.

Storage

• Hermetic container, store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.

• 36 months from the manufacturing date.
